Our Children's Ministry reaches children in 1st-6th grade. It is our goal to share Jesus and His love with every child. We have a wide range of activities to meet the needs of each child and their family.

Sunday School

Sunday School teaches children a love for God's Word, the Bible. Curriculum is written for younger, middle and older children. Hands-on Bible activities such as art, drama, games and music along with Bible stories follow a monthly theme. It provides an energetic atomosphere for learning. Trained adult volunteers build caring relationships with the children as they teach.

Children's Choir

Our choirs meet at 6:30 on Wednesday evenings. Children are divided by school grade. Each age group learns about music and how they can use their voices to praise the Lord. They do several musicals throughout the year. They are also involved in the "Hymn Memory" program where they learn a different hymn each month. In the summer, we offer a week long Choir camp for children in K-6th grade. The children learn a musical which is presented on Friday night for everyone.

First Steps for Kids

Meet twice per year for 8 weeks. This class is held for those in grades 2-6 who have recently become a Christian or who are asking questions about becoming a Christian. Children will be notified when this class is offered.

Vacation Bible School

VBS is held for one week in July. Our week is designed around one central theme where the children enjoy music, Bible verse games, Bible story, crafts and snacks. It is a week that they will never forget.
